A short letter about the details you hand us when you ask for a roof check, and where those details go.

The details you give us
Asking for a roof check means telling us a few things. Your name. A phone number. The ZIP code of the house. What the roof needs, picked from the list. Anything you add in the notes, such as the roof's age, a closing date or the day you report to a new duty station.
Phone calls work the same way. An automated assistant answers at any hour and notes what you tell it; then one of our people rings you back. The phone system logs the caller ID. Calls can be recorded so nothing gets written down wrong, and you hear a notice about that before the conversation starts. If you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start and we turn it off for that call.
The website counts visits with cookieless analytics. It does not build a profile of you, follow you to other sites or feed an ad network. There are no advertising trackers on these pages.
Where it goes, and for how long
We use your details for one job: getting your roof looked at and, if you say yes, getting the work done. That means calling you back, setting the visit, sending the insured roofer who does the inspection or repair, pulling a permit when the job needs one, and keeping a record of what was done. Your name and address reach the roofer assigned to you and, when a permit applies, the City of Fayetteville or county inspections office handling it. If you ask us to, we will share photos and the written scope with your insurance adjuster or your real estate agent. Nobody else gets them, and we never sell them.
Job files stay on hand while they are useful for warranty questions, permit records and taxes. Once your job is closed you can email us and ask what we hold, ask us to fix something that is wrong, or have us erase your contact details. We will do it and tell you when it is done.
This site is meant for adults arranging roof work on a home or building they own or manage. We do not knowingly gather details from people younger than 18.
