Book a free roof check in Fayetteville
Send the form or call (910) 838-9505. The line is picked up day and night, and a roofer comes to look before anyone talks price.
From the request to a signed price
The day of the visit
The roofer arrives in the window you were given, walks the outside, climbs up if it is safe, and goes into the attic with a flashlight. You see photos of shingles, flashing, vent boots, gutters and any soft decking before they leave.
What the written sheet lists
The fix, line by line: materials by type and amount, tear-off and disposal, decking replacement priced per sheet, flashing, ventilation, permit cost when one applies, and any workmanship terms the contract carries. If it is not on the sheet, it does not get added later.
What happens by when
Small repairs are often priced on the spot. Replacements get a written estimate within a couple of days, good for 30 days. Nothing is scheduled until you sign, and you owe no deposit before signing.
No obligation, and other bids welcome
The roof check costs nothing. Get a second estimate if you like; we would rather you choose us after comparing. If there is a closing date, a VA appraisal or a report date at Fort Bragg on the calendar, tell us when you book so the visit and the paperwork land in time.
Water coming in now? Call (910) 838-9505 and say it is an active leak. Move valuables, put a bucket under the drip and stay off the roof. A crew can tarp it so the house stays dry while the repair is planned.
